Zirkonflex 15CP Tentipi

Like our popular Zirkon 15 cp in all respects. The walls can be raised in different ways which means Zirkonflex is an extra spacious, flexible and easy-to-use communal tent with optimal protection in all kinds of weather.

Zirkonflex 15 has triangular expansion panels which means it can be used in even more ways. Perfect when you want both wind-resistant weather protection and the possibility of opening up so you are so close to nature that you are indoors and outdoors simultaneously. With space for 50 people sitting down on the floor/ground, it’s suitable for wilderness camps and outdoor preschools. Nature guides can use Zirkonflex as a communal room and for schools interested in outdoor education, the tent serves as an excellent classroom.

All the parts needed to raise two sections are included in the purchase. If you want to be able to raise all the walls, you have to supplement with the necessary components.

When all walls are raised, the 50 square meter covered area offers protection against the sun or rain. With some of the walls raised, you get shelter from the wind but you still feel close to nature and you can see what is going on outside the tent. Zirkonflex has not been designed to withstand strong winds and snow when the walls are raised. In such weather conditions, all walls must be lowered and then the tent can withstand just about anything.

What's Included
Double ventilator cap fitted with net, door with net, mosquito net ceiling, central pole, storm cords, storm cord holders, measuring cord, two inside pockets, compression bag and advanced tent pegs/stakes plus three telescope poles, straps, cords and stakes needed to raise two (2) sections.

Zirkonflex cp

Breathable – Cotpolmex C

Strong and well-ventilating cotton/polyester fabric, which gives an indoor climate far superior to that of a normal tent. The beige-brown colour creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere in the Nordic tipi. Natural, appealing feel. Much more durable and with far better rain protection than one would normally expect from a “cotton tent”. Withstands the sun at least ten times better than lightweight fabrics (of any make). Decolours rapidly in the sun but without being damaged to the same degree. Rot protected. Of all the fabrics we have tested, this is surpassed only by Cotpolmex Pro. Approximately 275 g/m2.

  • Triangular expansion panels that enable the walls of the tent to be raised
  • Zippers that hide the triangular expansion panels when they are not being used

Tentipi Adventure tents come with a limited lifetime warranty, to the original owner, against defects in materials and production faults. Should they ever fail due to defects in materials or production faults, we will repair or replace the defective item at no cost to you.  The decision to replace or repair will be made by Tentipi.

Despite extensive research and care in materials selection and workmanship, customer hereby acknowledges that nothing lasts forever.  Problems associated with normal wear & tear, abuse, or improper care will not be covered by the warranty.

Common problems that can contribute to damage or premature aging of your investment:

Extended exposure to UV rays

Tentipi Adventure tents are not intended to be used as permanent structures.  Even though our fabrics are treated with special UV inhibitors, extreme, long-term exposure to the sun’s UV rays will cause premature aging and damage and is not covered by the warranty.

Improper storage

Improper storage is the most likely cause of problems with any tent fabric.  While these impressive fabrics will handle being packed away wet overnight, or even for a couple of days, DO NOT pack them away wet for any significant period of time.  Take all precautions to ensure your tent has been fully air-dried, either erected, draped, or hung, before storing.  Damage caused by improper storage is not covered by the warranty.

Stove and open fire

Tentipi Adventure tents are designed to be used with either an open fire or a wood stove.  However, extreme caution must be used always.  Keep people, pets, sleeping bags, clothing, etc. away from heat sources.  Stoves and stove pipes are extremely hot and will burn anything that contacts them.  Always use a spark arrestor when using a stove. Enjoy, but respect all heat sources used inside a tent. Damage caused by heat sources is not covered by the warranty.

Snow accumulation

Do not allow heavy snow loads to accumulate on your tent.  While a tipi’s conical shape naturally helps to avoid build-up, wet snow can accumulate to surprisingly heavy weight loads.  Extremely heavy snow loads can bend and damage the central pole. Take care to shake snow off your tent during periods of heavy accumulation.  If you must leave your tent for long periods in snow country, simply take the central pole down.  Clear the snow and re-erect the central pole again upon return.  Warranty does not cover snow load damage.
