Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
All of our products include shipping in the LOWER 48, DOMESTIC U.S. (excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APOs/FPOs, and Alaska). Lead times and shipping delivery times vary based on manufacturer and origin to destination location. Survival Gear Systems LLC does not guarantee shipping times or availability of its products on the website. In the case an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and the customer will be notified via email of the status of the shipment. Shipping outside the domestic U.S. will require custom shipping options. Some products may be excluded from free shipping at the discretion of Survival Gear Systems LLC. If your product does not qualify for free shipping, you will see the charges in your cart when you check out.
International Shipping and Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and Peurto Rico
Some of our products may be available for international shipping and to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs/FPOs, and Peurto Rico. Shipping costs are 'estimated' at checkout, but may differ from actual shipping costs when the order is placed. Canadian orders are subject to Customs/Brokerage fees and must be paid for prior to products crossing the Canadian border. A customer service representative will contact you if shipping will differ from the price you were quoted on the website. For accurate international rates, it is best to call us at (866) 257-2978. Some items may not be deliverable to foreign countries outside of the U.S. due to perishable foods or hazard regulations and, if this is the case, a customer service representative will call or email you with a notification.
Free Return & Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, simply send it back within 90 days and we’ll refund the full amount you paid or credit your account toward another purchase.
DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF SHIPPING, THIS POLICY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR AK, HI, PR, OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
Easy 4 Step Returns & Exchanges
- Call us at 866.257.2978, email email@example.com with "return" in the subject line, or visit us on Chat at our website https://www.survivalgearsystems.com. Let a representative know you received a damaged or dysfunctional product and choose to get a full refund or exchange for the same product.
- You will be emailed a FREE return shipping label.
- When you receive the label, place it on the package you received and take it to your local UPS drop station.
- Once we receive the return, we will issue you a full credit to your account or replace the item and ship it to you.
You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Contact us via phone, email or chat and we will email you a return shipping label for your convenience.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you find that the product we shipped is damaged or defective, please contact us via phone, email or chat and we will email you a return shipping label for your convenience.
We will have you ship back the product and send you the same item or similar (if the primary item is not available any longer.)
Clearance or Discontinued Items: If you you purchased an item that is on clearance or is discontinued, we are unable to refund your money or exchange the item.
